Easy to assemble but you need two people to assemble it. Assembling the arms require a lot of elbow grease. One person has to push them together really hard to prevent any gaps between the back of the chair and the arms, while the other person screws in the screws. The directions were easy to follow, and in the end the chair is comfortable and does the job.I would recommend buying extra lumbar support if you have chronic back pain.Great deal and solid deal chair. Cushion is good but not for 8 hrs, have to get up and move around in between.ITS A COMFY CHAIR... INSTALLING THE ARMS WAS A PAIN IN THE A$$ GETTING THE HOLES TO LINE UP AND GET TIGHT. IT TOOK 3 DAYS OF USING THE CHAIR AND THEN RETIGHTENING THE ARM SCREWS TO FINALLY GET TIGHTEasy to set up. Everything is clearly marked and packaged. I do wish it leaned back a bit more but other than that it seems like it’ll be a good chair for working from home.The seat part is too short. I feel like I'll tip out of the chair which makes it uncomfortable.
