I really like this chair. It is a big upgrade from the one I had before, which was a business like, suede chair. It was really ratty. But this one, looks very nice, like a Star Trek Captain's chair. It has the right amount of bounce, and the arms go up, so it doesn't hit the desk when putting it in for the night. The height is adjustable, and there is minimal movement when going backwards, unlike some chairs that when you recline, it goes back really fast and it makes you feel like falling. It is a nice office chair, I bought it because this chair arms can flip up. Nice quality mesh of the back support and comfortable. And it is a new style for me.I was so excited to get this chair because I am using it for our reception area and I wanted it for our grand opening day but it came with one missing leg. So what will happen now? it is so much hassle to return the chair.(EDIT) leaving the original review below for transparency. But after roughly 2 months the pneumatic cylinder is failing, resulting in, at least a couple times a day, losing pressure and dropping an inch or two randomly (Im about 200 lbs for reference). Since this is basically the primary function, the chair has gone from something I'd be happy with to something I now need to replace.-------------------------------------------------------Had it for a month. Like the design choices, particularly the mesh back but more durable (so far) seat. Adjustable height and forward position on arm rests. Back reclines independent of seat. Generally comfortable and so far sturdy (lift cylinder isn't losing air).Only real complaints?-arm rests slide forward and back a bit too easy (wish I could lock them)-neck rest lifts up and down too easy (wish i could lock it)Even with those, for the price, way better than anything i've tried/used in this price range.I had a Hammer Miller chair at my office, but it is really really expensive. And I am looking at Amazon with the same feature and same quality but lower price, then I found this one. It comes with the same adjustable arm and back support (yeah it is adjustable), but it is only 200+.Believe or not I do not feel any different when I seat on these two chairs. When I swivel, a wail comes out. Otherwise seems to work fine. Did not wail when first assembled. Has about two hours of use.Really great chair for the price. I love the reclining feature and the neck support. The lower back support could be better but I can’t lower the score for that since the price point is so low.Took me 1 hrs to assemble. I am not a handy girl, if I can do it I think you can do it. Quality is pretty decent. The back support is a good plus
