This chair was everything I wanted! So comfy and I loooove the velvet material! It came with the pillow pictured and I didn’t even realize.There was a tear on the side of the backing of the chair and I just wanted a replacement. The customer service folks were so nice, they didn’t have it in the warehouse but provided me with a partial refund!The product color does not match the picture at all. It says pink but you will receive a dull mauve instead. It was a bummer. Legs have scratches on them here and there.It is beautiful and comfortableThis is the greatest company to order from. Mine was set to ship to the wrong address, and they were quick to respond and reroute the package so I could get it on time.The chair itself is great and looks exactly as pictured. I didn’t include a picture because it doesn’t show up that pink when I take a picture on my phone.Literally amazing people work here. Best customer service experience ever.It’s soft and the covers are removable to wash which is a plus. It’s not as comfy as a Hugh dollar piece but it’s perfect for the priceBeautiful and comfortable. Great value!The packaging however wasn’t good I see some kinks in the fabric where the cardboard was poking it. However, it’s a beautiful piece of furniture.Love this chair.
