After I learned all the features and how to adjust the chair it is nice!! You must use the adjustable feature underneath the chair or this chair will hurt your back tremendously! But with all the other things it is a nice chair!It was a gift and so far she loves it.This chair is perfect! Its comfortable and easy to assemblethe chair is comfortable and I like the message alsoTransport: Took 1.5 weeks but delivered on time.Setup: Took about 30 min to put together from unboxing to completion. I did not encounter issues with the holes and bolts like some others did in their reviews. Easy to follow instructions.Chair: Overall I am pleased. Took off 1 star due to the seat not being as comfortable as I wished however that can be fixed with buying a seat cushion. My parents bought me this chair as a Christmas gift (thank you) when they found out that I would working from home due to covid. I am a 5 foot 2 plus size girl and find this chair pretty decent in hold and comfort. I find the pillow and back support very helpful to help with comfort and to maintain a good posture. The massage (usb) feature is nice but it's a little loud and it's nothing close to a real massage but its still enjoyable.I would recommend this chair to others who don't want to spend more than $200 on a gamer chair.Now I just need to see how well this chair will last.This is an amazing chair!! We bought 2 and we absolutely love them!!We like the chair. The assembly is was easy, but we are still missing a part to finish it. But it still is a functional Chair as long as you don't get snagged from the exposed spring metal. Still waiting for the part to come in the mail. Quality control didn't catch that manufacturer was to attach the missing part and the instuction show that too. Because the missing part is shown in a picture and the part is not listed in customer parts list or showing howto assemble it.i got this chair because i wanted one with an equal amount of hot pink to black, and i don't really regret it. it's very comfortable, and everything works well. but it has really bad balance. just because it can lay down 180 degrees doesn't mean you should. i don't even weigh that much (around 120lbs) and my chair has fallen over me about 3 times. the footrest is also kinda risky balance wise. overall, it's a good chair, and i would recommend getting it if you don't care much about balance.
