I’d like to say,that from the pieces I recieved that the chair looks like I could be very good.But that aside I am missing certain parts,so could you guys please get in contact with me as soon as possible so we can get to a resolve.This is a very good barber chair and you will not be disappointed… It does the job for what the chair cost… It’s very sturdy and it was very easy to assemble…We purchased this chair as a gift for our son who is a barber student. It’s not the best quality but for a “starter chair” it works well. For this price pint, we weren’t expecting top of the line. He was thrilled with it. Our only complaint is the seat came punctured from being packaged with the screws poking against the seat. It’s not visible from the front of the chair but still disappointing.I was thinking about purchasing this or a secondhand salon chair from a salon going out of business after purchasing this item I should’ve bought The secondhand salon chair. I am a hairdresser and this is going to be at my house it’s OK but is definitely not salon quality. It’s close and if you have never purchased one or had one in your house you would never know the difference unless you were a hairdresser.I'm really happy with this chair. Super easy to assemble and it shipped to me 2-3 days earlier than expected. I couldn't have made a better purchase.The lever knob was not in my box still awaiting the arrival of it.Was missing hardware pcs,, but luckily I have some.Love the chair, took about twenty minutes to put it together, I am not a barber wanted and are using the chairs (two) as aaccent chairs in my basement.
